ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is by far the world's most established quality framework, currently being used by over 3/4 million organizations in 161 countries, and sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. The systemised continuous improvement developed by FST provides efficiency gains in all areas of the business. Improving customer satisfaction also improves our sales and ultimately our bottom line.

ISO 14001

FST has been certified to ISO 14001 since 2005. ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised certificate in environmental management, which demonstrates to FST's commitment to manage its business in an environmentally responsible manner. Our 4 main objectives are energy efficiency, waste management, communication to customers and environmental training. This allows FST to identify aspects of your communications that impact on the environment and understand those laws that are relevant to your business.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised certificate for Information Security Management. FST were awarded ISO 27001 in February 2008 for implementing, operating, monitoring and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS). Our ISMS ensures security controls protect FST's information assets and give confidence to FST's clients that their customer data is secure.

FSC

FSC certification is a voluntary, market-based tool that supports responsible forest management worldwide. FSC certified forest products are verified from the forest of origin through the supply chain. The FSC label ensures that the forest products used are from responsibly harvested and verified sources.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Prince 2

Each member of FST's project management team holds the Prince 2 qualification. PRINCE 2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scaleable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.
