Sky chooses FST for outsourced transactional communications
FST has recently been appointed as one of two outsourced suppliers for transactional communications to Sky, the UK's leading entertainment and communications company, with nearly 9 million customers.
As transactional communication specialists, with many years experience in the delivery of secure documents for banks and financial institutions, FST are ideally placed to service Sky's outsource requirement.
The contract relates to the transactional communications along the entire customer journey for both retail and business customers, from application & welcome packs, to servicing documents and monthly billing.
It contains all the elements for which FST has become known; receipt & management of multiple data flows and formats, document composition, production & delivery of output to strict service levels, quality and integrity of process, with full visibility & reporting at all times.

FST were among the leading UK and international names from across the industry who met at the annual Print Buyers Forum, held in London Stansted on October 27th-28th.
The 10th Print Buyers Forum consisted of a series of discussions & meetings between best-of-breed suppliers like FST and those responsible for purchasing and specifying print products and services on behalf of their organisation

FST's carbon scoring initiative
FST have established a "green team" who are tasked with measuring the impact that our production facilities have on the environment and developing greener solutions on behalf of our clients.
The team is currently working with the Carbon Trust and BEP (Business Environment Partnership) to measure the carbon impact of various forms of customer communications, including printed documents, emails and SMS
