Eden Springs choose FST for billing & invoice production
FST are delighted to announce that Eden Springs - market leaders within the Water Cooler Industry - have selected FST as their outsourced suppliers for the production of their billing and invoicing communications. The contract was awarded to FST after a lengthy supplier evaluation and tendering process.
Eden Springs UK Ltd forms part of Eden Springs Europe (SA), which has a presence in 19 countries across Europe. Within the UK, both consumer and business customers rely on Eden Springs for the provision of their water cooler dispensers as well as a variety of associated services such as installation, sanitisation and servicing.
The contract relates to the development & provision of a new automated document workflow solution designed to receive, transform and deliver Eden Springs' customer communications across both print and electronic channels. A key objective for the outsourced solution is to expand Eden Springs' existing output options, whilst delivering greater choice for their customers and increasing speed of delivery.
FST's solution encompasses the customer journey for both consumer and business statements & invoicing documentation. The contract contains all the elements for which FST has become known: management of multiple data flows, document composition, delivery to strict service levels and full visibility through real-time reporting.
In the longer term, FST's P2E (Print-to-Electronic) solutions will allow Eden Springs to migrate their printed communications to new electronic channels, realising even greater customer service enhancements and cost savings.
