FST appoint three new members to the sales team

FST are delighted to announce the appointment of three new recruits to our sales team. Gordon McKendrick and Nick Lethbridge join as Sales Executives, whilst Mark Tench supports FST's existing sales and marketing teams.

Gordon brings over 20 years experience selling customer communication solutions. He began his sales career with John McGavigan & Co - an instrumentation and graphic panel screenprinter - where he was responsible for clients such as General Motors, IBM, Sharp Electronics and Unisys.

He then enjoyed an eleven year spell selling printing inks and pressroom consumables to many of the leading printers in the UK. Most recently Gordon spent ten years with specialist print finisher Spirax Binding, with responsibility for sales throughout the UK and Ireland.

Nick has extensive experience in IT solution sales, including software, hardware and consultancy for a wide variety of businesses in the UK. His previous roles include working within Experian's service management team coordinating their data centre operations as well as providing server and software application solutions as a sales executive for AppSense and Stack Computer Solutions.

Most recently Nick was part of the business development team at PrintSoft (document management software) providing corporate solutions for the creation of customer communications via a variety of media including print, email, fax, Internet, XML and SMS.

Mark is an experienced internal sales specialist having successfully sold a wide range of products. These include employment services for one of UK's largest recruitment agencies and banking products for HSBC.

On joining the team at FST, Nick commented...
"I believe my background in selling multi-channel document management and technology solutions will be of real benefit to FST's blue-chip clients. I'm looking forward to developing channel/strategic partners throughout the south of England, with a variety of corporations, agencies and BPOs."

Paul Beaumont, Managing Director of FST commented...
"These new appointments are further confirmation of our growth strategy and are in direct response to a variety of new business wins and opportunities within the marketplace. Our expanded sales team gives FST a greater ability to promote our innovative multi-channel solutions. Our expertise in the migration of traditional printed customer communications to electronic, web and mobile formats can help create a more profitable customer relationship. We call them... smarter customer engagements."
